The range of products offered by the exhibitors will, like last year, be divided into two sections – the Tool Center and DIY World – to allow buyers to focus quickly on the products that are relevant to them. The Tool Center will display tools for both DIY and professional users. These will include hand, power, pneumatic and gardening tools, as well as tool bags and DIY fittings. The DIY World will feature kitchenware, plumbing and hardware products, along with decorative accessories, locks, building materials and leisure goods.
Product demonstrations are highly regarded in Taiwan.
The organisers are convinced that the fair will be a success, in spite of the challenging economic environment. They hope that it will enable entrepreneurs to gain a greater insight into international business opportunities. And they are confident about their estimated trade visitor figures, since many international DIY chains and buying groups have already confirmed that they will be attending.
The organisers are expecting 15 000 trade visitors this year.
In addition to product demonstrations, “INNO Value” will offer visitors inspiration for top-quality products. This is an area for the presentation of firms which have been selected for the SOE (Symbol of Excellence) or NAOE (National Awards of Excellence) awards. The SOE is Asia’s most prestigious product recognition award. What is more, a series of programmes will provide information on business development possibilities, and representatives of industry will reveal the secrets of successful strategies and proven business concepts. And finally, special DIY Workshops will be held with the aim of improving communications with the end-consumer.
