Tidy cables
Power Point from Jo-El puts an end to untidy cables lying all over the floor. This trailing lead can be used in any location where several electrical appliances need to get their power from one and the same source. Six plugs can be accommodated: two outlets are reserved for devices such as televisions, stereo systems or video recorders, which have a standby function that requires a constant supply of electricity. The four normal outlets can simply be switched off by pressing the front of the casing.

The high drilling rate of the new rotary, combination and universal hammer drills from Metabo is mainly contributed by the high-performance pneumatic hammer mechanism, which generates high-energy percussion almost without contact pressure. The new rubber-coated handle of the hammer drills prevents slippage and consequently increases the safety level. All the machines are equipped with a hammer stop to allow for drilling without the hammer action, and both the combination and universal hammer drills have a torque stop to allow for the use of a chisel action.

Tapped/threaded spacers
Bülte offers hexagonal tapped/threaded spacers produced from new moulds, using polyamide reinforced with glass fibre as the standard material. The complete range includes 33 lengths across three different diameters: M3 to M5. Standard parts range in length from 8 mm to 50 mm. The male thread measures 8 mm long and the female thread ranges from 5 mm to 10 mm according to the length of the spacer.

Protection for fingers
The Finger Protector profile that has been developed by Safety Assured contributes towards preventing injuries and damage caused by trapped fingers. The safety profiles, which are made from lead-free and cadmium-free PVC, are available ready to use in standard door size lengths. They can be attached unobtrusively between the door and the door frame, where they cover the hinge cavity area. When the door is closed, any fingers are firmly pushed out of the way of the danger zone.
