Holder for nuts and bolts
Bahco is launching a patented magnetic nut and bolt holder for both ring and open-ended spanners. The holder is simply clamped to the handle of the spanner.
A powerful floating magnet then holds the nut/bolt in the right position in the tool – which can vary in size between 10 and 19 mm.
The new nut-/bolt-holder has the designation NH10-19, where the numbers represent the spanner sizes that the holder will fit.

Endless supply of steam
Kärcher has launched the SC 1402, the company's first steam cleaner for the end consumer. It has a second integral water tank, which makes it possible to clean without interruption: before refilling it is no longer necessary to wait for the pressure in the empty boiler to reduce sufficiently so that the safety valve can be opened. A pump continuously moves fresh water from the tank to the boiler. It has a heating capacity of 1 800 W and a maximum steam pressure of 3.5 bar.

Self-priming glaze
New to ICI's programme is the Xyladecor long-term glaze, which combines the advantages of both a low-build and a high-build glaze. It provides protection against blue stain as well as a permanently flexible protective film on the surface of the wood, which the manufacturer claims will protect against all types of environmental impact and weathering for up to six years. What is more, the glaze is non-blocking, non-dripping and non-flaking. If it should require renovation, the glaze can be simply painted over without any need for prior sanding down.

New finish for leather
Les Anciens Ebénistes offer a programme of products to bring new colour to leather, as well as a programme of leather-care products. Great emphasis has been laid on a coherent packaging concept that follows the principle of “One product for one problem”. The colour programme includes a leather cleaner, a primer, 10 shades of leather dye and a fixative. All products are water-based and solvent-free. The leather-care programme includes soap, lotion, stain remover, colour refresher and protective cream.
