Acquisition of distribution rights

August Vormann of Ennepetal, Germany, the supplier of hardware, wall shelving and other lines, will in future be distributing products made by the Austrian manufacturer Teufelberger. With effect from 1 August 2002 the company is taking over worldwide distribution rights to DIY and specialist retailers for products from Teufelberger in the chain, rope, hose and strap categories.
