The French DIY chain Leroy Merlin sells its six Belgian stores to Vendex

Leroy Merlin, the DIY superstore chain, is turning its back on Belgium. The group, which is ranked second in the French market, is selling its six Belgian outlets with a combined retail area of 35 300 m² to Vendex KBB of the Netherlands.
