The first Customer Monitor survey was carried out within the framework of the Zeus sales optimisation project in Luxembourg. Analysing the 3 000 questionnaires so far has brought surprising results for some dealers, since the interior view (through the retailer’s eyes) is often quite different from the exterior view (through the customer’s eyes). For example, it emerged that the info stand in the Werkmarkt Moes in Remich, which is intended to be customers’ first port of call, is not even noticed by 77 per cent of them.
