Home Depot is taking over Installed Products USA (IPUSA), a roofing installation company, which will be integrated into the group’s range of services. This company, to which Installed Products of California also belongs, specialises in the replacement of residential roofing. For the home improvement group, which regards itself as the world’s biggest retailer of roofing products, the acquisition is consistent with its strategy of expanding the range of service businesses available to customers.
