The group has opened an 11 000 m² DIY and garden superstore in Kingston

Last week saw the Canadian Rona Group open its 62nd large-format store or “big box”. This latest outlet operating under the Rona Home & Garden banner is located in Kingston, Ontario. The retail space of approximately 11 000 m² includes a garden centre that accounts for about 2 400 m² of the area, as well as a greenhouse that is 300 m² in size. The store, which called for an investment of more than Can $ 20 mio (£ 13 mio), offers a range of around 45 000 items and employs a workforce of 200.
