Sale approved

The French competition authority has given its approval to the sale of the Kingfisher subsidiary, Dubois Matériaux, to Point P, which is part of Saint-Gobain Building Distribution. According to information from Kingfisher, the sale has now been completed for a final consideration of approximately € 90 mio.
