Withdrawal from Baumax board

In the middle of this year Walter Hitziger, 43, who has had responsibility for international logistics and central planning on the Baumax board since 2002, is to become a member of the board of Austrian Post AG as director of production and logistics. His responsibilities will be taken over by chairman Martin Essl and board member Hans-Jörg Greimel.
