Attendance figures slightly down

A total of 16 730 trade visitors, including buyers from Germany, Austria and the United Kingdom, made use of the opportunity to attend the Salon du Végétal, which was held in Angers from 18 to 20 February. Last year’s figure came to more than 17 000. Participating on the exhibitor side were 598 companies (2003: 584), around 65 per cent of them suppliers of live plants. About one-fifth of the exhibitors were from abroad. The dates for the next event are 16 to 18 February 2005.
