Barometer of prevailing opinion on “wait and see”

The prevailing mood at the International Hardware Fair/Practical World, which opened for business yesterday, could best be described as “wait and see”. It was still too early to pinpoint any uniform trend during the tour of the fair organised by the BHB on the Sunday morning. This year an official opening ceremony was held at the event for the first time.
