Megastore in Kaliningrad

Baucenter, the Russian DIY chain, is continuing its policy of expansion with the opening of a 14 000 m² store on 6 October. This is the company’s first outlet with a garden centre 2 500 m² in size. There is also a design studio to assist customers with their planning and choice of materials. The store is regarded as the prototype for more new openings. The company intends to increase the number of outlets to 30 from the current total of 5 by 2011.
