Further expansion nextdoor

Byggmax, a Swedish DIY retail chain, is continuing its expansion in Finland. A new opening is planned for Porvoo in the spring of 2011, which will be the fifth Finnish outlet. Further stores are to follow in the years to come. The company’s most recent opening in the neighbouring country was in July. Byggmax intends to start operating its 54th store in Sweden in the spring as well. The retail area of 8 000 m² at the new location in Avesta also includes a drive-in facility.
