Agreement with Bosch

Global Garden Products (GGP) has negotiated a licensing contract with Bosch on the utilization of the Atco and Suffolk Punch brands. The company sees these as important additions to its brand portfolio. They are expected to reinforce its market position in Europe in combination with its other brand names (Stiga, Mountfield, Alpina and Castelgarden). Global Garden Products has branches in 14 countries, and the GGP Group owns five production facilities. Their products are marketed in more than 100 countries all over the world.
