Confirmation of dates

The newly established organisational committee of the Eurobrico trade fair in the Spanish city of Valencia has confirmed the exhibition dates as 3 – 5 October 2012. Two years ago there was an attempt to establish another date for the fair in November. This year’s event, the seventh in the series, will be held at the same time as the Iberflora horticultural trade fair once again. The 25 members of the committee include a number of leading managers from DIY groups like Bricoking, Bricogroup, Leroy Merlin and Bricorama. They intend to give special attention to the accompanying programme, among other things. Companies that exhibited at the last event in 2010 are to be offered a discount. Iberflora’s motto this year is “green vitamin”. As announced by fair boss Vicente Peris Alcayde, a VIP visitor programme is expected to attract 2 500 buyers from garden centres and DIY retailers to the event.
