Turkish tools trade fair

The management of the new Turkish trade fair, Eurasia Expo Tool, has been joined by an Austrian show organiser, Euroexpo, which has staged the Mitex event in Moscow since 2008. The Eurasia Expo Tool powered by Mitex will be held in Istanbul for the first time next year, from 26 – 28 June 2014 to be exact. It is expected that some 150 exhibitors from both home and abroad will attend the event, together with more than 10 000 trade visitors. Information from the Turkish tools industry reveals growth of 20 per cent in 2012. The new fair for power and hand tools, including all accessories, is also aimed at the DIY sector. The market in Turkey is estimated to have an annual sales volume of around € 100 mio.
