DIY store chain Promart joins Ghin

The Peruvian DIY store chain Promart has joined the Global Home Improvement Network (Ghin). At present the company operates 19 stores in Peru, with two more scheduled to open in December.
The Promart DIY stores are run by Homecenters Peruanos, which belongs to the wholly Peruvian-owned retail group Itercorp Retail gehört. The group also has supermarkets, which trade under the brands Supermercados Peruanos, Plaza Vea and Vivanda, the pharmacy chain Inka Farma, the Oechsle department stores and the Real Plaza shopping centre. Financial services are also offered under the Tarjeta Oh! brand.
