ManoMano wants to use the customer data infrastructure of the mParticle platform in future. The online marketplace for DIY, building and garden requirements is currently recording more than 50 million visitors a month in Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, according to its own reports. Data are at the heart of the company, the DIY provider emphasises. For this reason, the company wants to unify its customer data from the website, app and the marketing channels with the aim of providing smoother user guidance. By doing so, ManoMano wants to be in a position to develop product recommendations which are based on navigation history, customer behaviour and identity across all devices.
"We believe that the key to predicting the future of ManoMano lies in our customer data," says Arnaud Dessein, lead product manager at ManoMano. "By using mParticle as our customer data infrastructure, we want to provide our customers with an even better service."
