Retailers are provided with support through a comprehensive merchandising programme, which is based on a new display system that makes it easier for customers to pick the right product and is also claimed to increase profitability per metre of shelf space. Displays and posters geared to DIY stores, and informative packaging and graphic POS information round off the range of aids. Tivoly also provides its customers with support for their advertising campaigns in order to boost product sales.

The company attaches great importance to the development of innovative products, to improved handling and attractiveness of design, as can be seen by the successful example of one recent product called Cigale. The handle here also serves as a storage box for the bits. A choice of ten different combinations of six or eight bits is available, complete with a magnetic bit holder. Cigale comes blister-packed and a space-saving hanging display is also available for presentation purposes.
