The newly designed European DIY store statistic has been mainly expanded by two key data packages: On the one hand, there is now a comparison with the previous year including the rate of change for the operating figures for the sales area and number of locations per country. Thus making it immediately clear what the DIY retailers have been up to.
On the other hand, there are now long lists of figures: The size of areas and number of locations for each country in the sector (not related to the separate companies) are now backtracked over the last ten years. In this way it is easier to follow the development directions in the DIY sector for each country.
Most importantly for practical work: All data is now available in excel table format on the CD-ROM provided.
