With regard to innovations in particular, it's important to highlight the advantages of the product to the customers, according to the manufacturer. Attractive design, ease of handling, quality, performance and sustainability are all key features here.
The introduction of the regulations on volatile organic compounds (VOC Ordinance) for paints posed a special challenge. In response, the paint industry developed a new generation of paints and coatings that has completely changed the demands made on painting tools.
With regard to paint rollers, Nespoli has therefore introduced a number of products that aim to deliver lint-free painting results thanks to the use of continuous-filament covers. The Teflon surface treatment of paint rollers produces improved paint coverage, according to Nespoli.

In the brush category, Nespoli has opted for filaments produced in house under the name Fill-Pro. These combine the advantage of conventional natural brushes with the properties of synthetic fibres. The company says that these filaments are the result of development over a number of years.
Painting is a job that often takes more than a day to complete. With the new Fresh-Box-48 the brush head can be kept in a workable condition for at least 48 hours before it dries out.
Nespoli's Roll-Matic-System features a click mechanism and a storage box. This system enables paint rollers to be detached from the handle with just one click for easy exchange of the roller. The paint rollers also come with a storage box, in which the roller can be kept without drying out for up to three weeks, depending on the paint used.
Established in 1945, Nespoli is a wholly family-owned firm. It is run by Luigi Nespoli and his son Alessandro from the company's headquarters in Cantú, Italy.
The company is considered a leading European manufacturer of painting tools. It also produces items for mechanical household cleaning, special tools, spray finishes, waxes and oils.
