The world's leading trade fair for carpets and floor coverings, Domotex in Hanover, offered four days full of innovation, inspiration and networking under the motto "Floored by Nature".

Around 1 000 exhibitors from 60 countries presented their new products to visitors in Hanover from 11 to 14 January. A good 18 000 of them came from 140 countries and once again confirmed Domotex's status as the "most important and strongest driving force for business, trends and innovations in the industry", said Sonia Wedell-Castellano, Global Director of the trade fair.

The Austrian family business FN Neuhofer demonstrated its design expertise with new products for wall design, which were presented for the first time at Domotex in Hanover. The range of acoustic panels and wall coverings, which has already established itself on the market in a very short space of time, has now been supplemented by waterproof and paintable acoustic panels (FN Acustico Waterproof and Paint on). FN Acustico in solid wood made of pine, larch or Swiss stone pine is also set to be a market success.

Managing Director Franz Neuhofer was on site in Hanover with his sales and product development team: "Domotex has been a trade fair highlight for decades with inspiring discussions with existing and potential customers as well as partners and suppliers." It is particularly pleasing "when we sense the enthusiasm generated by new ideas and product developments. Then the trade fair is a success for us - as it was this year!"

Meffert presented its brand for environmentally-friendly natural paints, Bio Pin, as well as Düfa "Meine Farbe" - this new concept is intended to impress with an extraordinary customer approach, trendy colors and a modern design. The "Casa Italia" range for creative wall design was also presented in the Retailers' Park Forum. "A well-thought-out room concept is only complete with a harmonious combination of wall design and matching flooring, which is where we come in with our expertise," explained Laura Eftekhari, Marketing Manager DIY at Meffert.
