First store closing down

Praktiker is closing down its Linz store. According to a press release, this will optimise the German group’s network of branches in Austria. Given as the reason for closing down the outlet at Traun near Linz at the end of the year is the expiry of the lease there. The location was opened in March 1996 as Praktiker’s first store in Austria.
