Alliance takes a more concrete shape

The cooperation between Kingfisher and Hornbach is taking a more concrete shape; Hornbach has attended its first annual B&Q Supplier Conference. At the invitation of George Adams, Managing Director Commercial at Kingfisher, Manfred Valder, Director of Merchandising/Sales and Purchasing at Hornbach and a member of the board, attended the conference together with all group purchasing heads. Twelve Hornbach vendors not listed hitherto as Kingfisher suppliers were also invited to the conference, at which 120 international manufacturers were present.
