Lowe’s objective for this year is a 16 per cent increase in sales

This year Lowe’s intends to increase sales by a total of 16 per cent to around US $ 30.7 bn. The company’s objective is to grow sales by between four and five per cent in like-for-like terms. The number of outlets is to expand by 130, which amounts to a 15 per cent increase in retail area. There are plans for the opening of 33 new stores in the third quarter alone.
