Sale in Brazil

Kingfisher is selling Castorama Brazil. The group operates three DIY superstores in this South American country. According to information from Kingfisher, Casa e Construção, a DIY retailer that is already active there, is prepared to pay around £ 4 mio (€ 5.7 mio) for the outlets. It is hoped to complete the sale by January 2004.
