Fighting FSC abuse

FSC, the forestry certification organisation, has announced an intensification of the fight against abuse of the FSC label during the approaching garden furniture season in Europe. A fund was established at a meeting between representatives of manufacturers and retailers, including Obi and Scancom, which will allow for financing a reporting system by means of a hotline or the internet, and for communication with consumers and partner organisations.
