Three customer service prizes

Ceremony held in Cologne, with awards going to Baumax, Tesa and Marley

Yesterday evening saw the presentation of three categories of customer service awards at the BHB/HDE Forum held in the Kristallsaal at Koelnmesse. In the jury’s opinion, the best performance in the field of communication was produced by Tesa with the marketing of a pollen protection netting. Winner in the general marketing category is the Austrian DIY retail group Baumax. It was awarded the prize for its “Best in class” concept, which takes into consideration such factors as process optimisation, target group management, range diversification and store design. The prize for innovation and design went to Marley, which has developed a multifunctional lawn edging system.
