“15 stores in Romania within two years”

As previously announced by the company and reported by DIYglobal, today will see the opening in Timisoara of Praktiker’s fifth DIY store in Romania. The opening in Braºov is due at the beginning of June as well. “By the end of 2006 we intend to have a total of 15 DIY stores in operation in Romania, so that we have a presence in all the main regions of the country,” says Michael Arnold, the board member with responsibility for international expansion, in his comments on the group’s forward planning.
