Building fair in Spain

The dates for Barcelona’s international building trade fair, Construmat, are 18 to 23 April 2005. The meeting places for the experts in the building and construction industry will be the exhibition halls at Montjuic (M1) and the new exhibition site on Gran Via (M2) in Barcelona. Among the product on view there will be building machinery and vehicles, structural elements, measuring equipment, insulation, paints, interiors, locks and hardware, plus floor coverings, bathroom furnishings and fixtures, and fitted kitchens. The significance of this industry fair, which is the biggest in Spain and held every two years, is proved by the 2003 figures: 2 266 exhibitors, including 438 suppliers from 33 countries, displayed their wares to more than 290 500 trade visitors on a show area of around 130 000 m².
