Sale of tile production facility

The German company Villeroy & Boch AG has sold its tile production facility in Oiry, France, to the Italian tiling group Epoca. According to information from the company, the sale was effected as part of a planned adjustment of capacity in the tiling division. Epoca already has one tile factory in the south of France and intends to expand its production capability in the French market. A statement has been issued confirming that the continuing existence of the Oiry works with its 74 jobs is therefore assured.
