Brico Stock takes further steps

Another new opening of a Brico Stock outlet, Kingfisher’s Spanish brand, is expected to take place in the vicinity of Toledo. This coming autumn will see the bringing into operation of a retail park at Olías del Rey, where a DIY store belonging to the British group is to be set up. It has still not been decided whether Brico Stock can enter the market in Murcia as well. Although the competition watchdog has already given approval for a 6 000 m² store here, press reports suggest that the local authorities have not yet reached agreement.
