New-build Obi in the heart of Vienna

Sochor, an Austrian group of companies, launched its most comprehensive rebuilding plan for a location with an investment volume of € 20 mio. The first stage of construction, which is focused on the trade side, will be completed at the end of October. The second phase, representing an investment of € 25 mio, will follow by 2013. Then the Obi store on the site will be demolished and rebuilt as a 10 000 m² outlet on two floors and with a large parking deck.
