A two-level business programme will be offered for the first time, with a discussion on strategies for top people in big business and workshops for small chains and independent stores.
The programme also includes a traditional session for commercial negotiation for suppliers and retailers in individual groups: hard DIY, soft DIY, seasonal products and tools, country home, and garden. There will be a separate session for non-commercial procurement negotiations like IT, retail equipment and construction, logistics and storage, and expendable materials.
The industry congress will include an exhibition of hard-to-get and unique product proposals from manufacturers that have opted to work together with retail chains. The focus here is on Russian products, technical innovations and shelf-ready packaging solutions.
Awards will also be presented at the congress: the DIY & Household Award will be awarded in the categories Multichannel Solution of the Year, Best Technological Innovation, Retail Chain of the Year, Supplier of the Year und Person of the Year.
