Dehner creates a new structure under the umbrella of a holding

Dehner, the largest garden centre operator in Germany, is restructuring its group of companies. The business fields, which are currently centralised in one company, will be broken up in favour of a flexible holding structure. So the business fields Gartencenter, Agrar, Degro and Logistik will become legally independent profit centres under the umbrella of Dehner Holding.
