Lithuanian chain Moki-veži becomes member of Edra/Ghin

As from the start of the year, the Lithuanian DIY store chain Moki-veži is a new member of the European DIY retail association Edra/Ghin. Moki-veži belongs to the parent company UAB Makveža and operates 24 stores in 20 Lithuanian cities. The company is managed by its German CEO Michael Sylvester. Until 2012, Sylvester had worked for Zeus, the retail trade division of the German cooperative Hagebau with the primary sales channel Hagebaumarkt; after that, he was active as managing director for Praktiker International for a few months. The general manager of UAB Makveža is Gintautas Butkevicius.
