Bricoman operating as Obramax in Brazil

Bricoman has its first store in Brazil under the changed brand name Obramax. Bricoman is a chain of builders' merchants belonging to Groupe Adeo of France; it operates in Spain under the Bricomart logo.
According to press reports, the first Obramax store has a retail area of 5 500 m² and a drive-in of 4 500 m². It is situated in Mooca, a suburb of São Paulo and opened in January. An online store is also in operation.
The reports indicate that the group plans to  open up to 2023 Obramax outlets in Brazil. Another store is expected to open at the end of 2018 or the start of 2019 in Santos, likewise in the state of São Paulo.
