The Estonian DIY store and building materials chain Bauhof has been sold. The Lithuanian trade company Vilniaus Prekyba acquired 100 per cent of the company from the previous owner Myinvest Estonia through its subsidiary Ermi Group. Ermi is also said to be taking over shares of the Lithuanian Ermitažas chain from the parent company Vilniaus Prekyba; Ermitažas also trades in household goods, decoration ranges as well as DIY and garden articles.
