French DIY stores have a positive start to the year

After two months with significant declines, DIY stores in France have started the year 2019 with an increase in sales. Compared with the same month last year, sales in the industry rose by 1.23 per cent in January. In December, the statistics department at the Banque de France reported a drop of 1.04 per cent, in November this was -5.27 per cent.
