"Responsible Gardens": Spoga+Gafa faces up to responsibility

The leitmotif for Spoga+Gafa 2024 has been decided. Under the banner of "Responsible Gardens", the global garden lifestyle and BBQ sector will address its responsibility around current and future challenges and solutions for the role of the garden in society from 16 to 18 June 2024 in Cologne, writes organiser Koelnmesse. "At the heart of the theme is the question of the green sector's responsibility for the role of the garden in society. Together with our exhibitors and visitors, Spoga+Gafa will find answers to this question,” explains Stefan Lohrberg, director of Spoga+Gafa.

Resource-saving gardening, fairly produced garden products, low-emission BBQ technologies, climate-friendly garden care and irrigation, but also the responsible interaction of garden owners with each other will be particularly emphasised at 2024 and the relevance of the topic will be presented and discussed in various formats. Stefan Lohrberg: "The more responsibly we treat private green spaces, the more socially and personally relevant our gardens, balconies and patios will become. That is our to-do for the coming years."
