Philippine home improvement retail chain AllHome Corp. has elected its former treasurer as acting president following the death of erstwhile president and chief executive Benjamarie Therese Serrano.
The company, led by Philippine billionaire Manuel Villar, disclosed that Frances Rosalie T. Coloma has been promoted to acting president to replace Serrano, who passed away last month. It also elected Dante M. Julongbayan to succed Serrano as company director.
Coloma, 62, is a certified public accountant who sits as director in several companies controlled by the Villar family. She was chief financial officer and chief information officer at Golden Bria Holdings, an affiliate of AllHome, from 2016 to 2019. Before that, she was chief financial officer of Villar-led mall operator Starmalls Inc. She also served as president and chief executive of AllDay Marts, Inc., a sister company of AllHome.
