All Fields Benelux takes over brand specialist

The Belgian service provider All Fields Benelux has taken over the marketing agency SMS Solutions in Brussels. This is the third strategic acquisition in just under two years. In 2023, the company took over the service providers Shop Support and Groen Field Marketing in the neighbouring Netherlands. All Fields is a full-service provider for retailers and manufacturers in the DIY sector. The company is based in Rumst.

SMS Solutions has been providing brand support to clients in the Belgian food retail sector for 22 years. The agency offers in-store services such as product demonstrations or tastings in major supermarket chains. “With this acquisition, we can further expand our services in sectors such as food, DIY, specialist retail andgGarden,” says Gert Hellemans, Managing Partner of All Fields. Oliver Coeman, CEO of All Fields Benelux, speaks of an acceleration of the company's long-term planning. "We are expanding our expertise from DIY into multiple retail channels, including food retail. This marks a milestone in both our service offering and our growth in turnover and market share."
