Bath plus shower
Schulte’s new bathroom combination allows for bathing and showering in one. The bath tub has an ergonomic area for stretching out in, and the curving shower space offers plenty of standing room. The glass shower screen, which pivots to either side, turns the area into a round shower zone. The lower than usual installation height makes it easy to get into and out of the unit. This multi-purpose bath comes in left- or right-handed versions to allow for individual installation solutions.

Solid brass
Moon is the name of the new series by Smedbo, which consists of 16 pieces in a minimalist, clean design. All articles are made of solid brass with a chrome finish and have details in frosted acrylic. All glass parts are made of frosted glass. Also new are the free-standing Outline models of polished chrome on solid brass with frosted glass. These include the triple towel rail that is 88 cm high and a toilet brush/roll holder combination 72 cm in height and 5 kg in weight.

“Poseidon” shower curtain
Ridder’s “Poseidon” textile shower curtain has been treated to make it water-repellent and anti-bacterial; it is also machine-washable and can be ironed on a low heat setting. The new shower curtain, like almost all designs, is produced by the “poster printing” method. The weighted tape in the lower edge makes it hang smoothly and evenly. All-round seaming and stainless eyelets are an integral part of all the company’s shower curtains.

Compact steam shower
Dusar’s Compact-DCP steam shower offers six massage jets at just the right height for the user’s back. The steam unit automatically fills up with water and empties again automatically after use. It takes about 25 minutes to heat up. The steam shower with shower tray, handset and shower rail is closed off by a curved sliding door made of clear toughened glass. The set also includes a seat and a thermostatic mixer tap.

Shallow shower trays
New to Ceravid’s range are the shallow shower trays in the Plan programme. The acrylic trays are modern in design and only 60 mm deep, which makes it easy to get into the shower, and the 90 mm outlet ensures that the water runs out quickly. The shower trays are available either square or rectangular in shape, as a quadrant or a pentagon.
