Zoll, a company based at Sigmaringen in Swabia, has been a supplier to DIY stores in Germany and Europe for over five years now. It employs a workforce that today totals 60. The manufacturer offers a broad spectrum of both core and special-offer products under the brand name of “Simply” to provide customers with a varied choice of goods. The latest products include a lockable medicine cabinet, for example, and a two-part base unit for bathroom blocks, which is to be presented in a newly developed POS display.
One further innovation for the POS, which will be available shortly, is a box of replacement parts designed to help customers solve minor problems and so keep them happy in the quickest way possible.

Customer service is writ large at Zoll: whatever the problem, whether questions occur during installation, or replacement parts have to be sent out to customers, there is someone in the company capable of dealing with it quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
The company is also geared up to orders received at short notice, for the most popular lines are permanently stocked in the combined warehouse and dispatch area – up to 50 000 cabinets can be found there at any one time.
A two-part base for bathroom units is to be presented in the new POS display.
