ISH, the key global trade fair for the bathroom experience, building, energy and air-conditioning technology, and renewable energies, will get under way in Frankfurt am Main from 12 – 16 March 2013 with loads of new themes and supplementary programme items. The ISH Water section is dedicated to dealing with water as a resource and sets new standards in respect of drinking water treatment and sustainability. ISH Energy focuses on the themes of efficient heating systems and renewable energies as well as energy efficiency and comfort in ventilation technology. The exhibition area is fully booked and will feature more than 2 300 exhibitors. Messe Frankfurt expects in excess of 200 000 visitors to attend the fair, including decision-makers from the DIY and home improvement stores. According to the organisers, Messe Frankfurt, Hall 10.3 has been added to the event for the first time as an additional space accommodating the areas of home and building automation, along with energy management plus measuring, testing and control engineering. ISH 2013 is also taking a new thematic direction in the shape of two items in the supplementary programme. For the first time product ranges for walls and floors will be represented at ISH in the special “wall + floor” show. In addition to the innovative products displayed by the exhibitors, visitors will be able to attend over 30 workshops and presentations focusing on the theme of integrated bathroom planning. The area in Hall 3.0 will be rounded off by the presentation of bathroom trends for 2013/14 in the special “Pop up my Bathroom” forum. Download:
