Romanian trade fair Expo DIY 2025 focuses on "green" solutions

Expo DIY 2025 - Smart Green Home is the fourth edition of Romania's largest trade fair dedicated to DIY, home improvement and gardening. Organised by the local business publication BricoRetail.ro, the event will take place from 25 to 26 June 2025 at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, with an exhibition area of around 4,500 m². The organisers are expecting around 140 exhibitors. The show will focus on "green" solutions and products, they say.

This international B2B event brings together exhibitors from Romania and other countries with professional visitors, including buyers from retail chains, e-commerce and distribution companies.

In addition, about 25 per cent of Expo DIY exhibitors will come from abroad, from EU countries (Poland, France, Holland, Italy, Czech Republic, Spain, Austria, Greece, Estonia, etc.). Among others, there will be a pavilion with 15 Polish manufacturers and up to eight exhibitors from Italy. Germany and Ukraine will also be represented.

According to the organisers, Expo DIY offers a different concept of a B2B event, which requires a pragmatic approach, with only professional buyers selected in advance, with a well-established system of pre-arranged meetings to increase efficiency for participants and, last but not least, to provide a relaxed environment for networking.

Parallel to Expo Electro 2025

Parallel to Expo DIY 2025, another exhibition will take place in a dedicated area: Expo Electro 2025 - Home Appliances & Electronics, the first B2B exhibition in Romania dedicated to home appliances and electronics. The organisers are convinced that this merger will create synergies for both shows.
