The business-to-business sphere is especially important to Kesko

The significance of the Internet for dealing with business processes between Kesko and its subsidiaries – including the K-rauta and Rautia building and DIY channels – as well as the cooperative member firms, will continue to increase. This is the view taken by Niila Rajala, the member of the board with responsibility for e-business. E-commerce has already achieved a share of almost five per cent of Kesko’s net sales. According to information from the group, however, sales in the business-to-consumer sphere are still on a low level.
