Growth of buying group

The German-Austrian buying cooperative Toomaxx could be welcoming the Swiss Coop as a new member in January or February 2003. Negotiations about enlarging the group have been going on for quite some time already. Currently three multiples, Toom, Baumax and AVA, channel their purchasing activities through Toomaxx.
