A newly developed programme offers Focus staff a clear career path and new skills

Focus, the UK DIY chain, is introducing a new staff development programme for all its 9 000 staff. The “Delivering Excellence” programme focuses on retaining staff within the company. Clear career paths and the reward ladder are designed to help staff acquire new skills. These include, for example, an ability to work in more than one area in the store.
